SUMMARY: Set in the Camargue region of France, home of wild white horses and black bulls. Young Paul falls in love with the wild creatures of the Camargue, especially the Tangled Mane horse, whom he hopes to make his own.
Oddly, the American edition is actually easier to find than the original English edition which is also usually more expensive.
